The Chip Stand Book
I’m very excited to announce the publication of my first book! Co-authored and co-illustrated with my husband, Joel Kimmel, we turned our 10-year-long Every Chip Stand project into a book, coming this March from Firefly Books.
It features over 140 illustrations of chip stands, histories of the poutine, the Pogo, the chip stand itself, as well as weird poutines, illustrated maps, chip stands around the world and more. It’s an art book, travel book, history book and nostalgic Canadiana book all rolled into one.
